Finishing Options

Hems and Grommets

Our wholesale banners are hemmed and grommeted for added durability and for easy hanging. With vinyl materials, this is done using a Miller Weldmaster T100 and/or a Miller Weldmaster CMIT 10’. The T100 is designed to weld hems, hems with rope, hems with pockets, and overlaps. “Welding” is what occurs when the vinyl reaches a temperature so high that it actually bonds with itself in the machine, which makes the hem more durable and reliable than sewing them. If you’re not sure what grommets are, think of them as brass eyelets, about the size of a nickel. They’re used when the banner is suspended from something (or somehow going to be hanging up) and hugely reduce the risk of the banner ripping and tearing.

Checks

We also accept checks. We must receive your check before your order will be put into production.

Our flexible production times range from one to five business days. This allows you to make the final decision on when you need your order.

1 Business Day Priority:

Timelines can be tight. That's why we offer this zippy one day turnaround option.

Shipping

Please specify which shipping method you would like when you place your order.

You will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped.  

We now offer economy shipping as an option. We have a selection of economical courier services that we use for domestic shipping. Using economy shipping can add an additional 5 - 10 days, depending on where the package is being shipped to. Economy Shipping

If choosing economy shipping please add in additional postal information such as P.O. Box in the "Address Two" field on the checkout page to help ensure delivery.

Using economy shipping can also add an additional 5 - 10 days, depending on where the package is being shipped to. 

Digital-Print-Solutions.com ships throughout the United States and Internationally. Please note: all international shipments must have shipping labels as well as customs documentation provided by the customers. We will only accept international shipping labels from the following carriers, USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Contact a customer service rep today for more information.

Artwork Specs / File Tips

• Uploaded files must be under 100 MB. 
• No bleeds are necessary
• Set up your artwork proportionate to the exact banner size you are ordering
• Keep text and important images at least 2" away from the edge
• Convert all text to outlines
• Make sure no elements are selected for “Overprint”
• Make sure all blacks are set to a rich black CMYK mix of (100-100-100-100)

Files that print best are:

• .eps
• .pdf

**Please note if your artwork contains complex gradients, textures, patterns or you are creating it in a design software, please flatten your artwork to avoid any printing issues**

We can also print 300 dpi or higher resolution files:

• .tif
• .jpg
• .png

We print in four color CMYK or six color CMYKLcLm. Please keep this in mind when submitting files for printing as color tone shifting may happen if file is submitted in RGB format. If there is a specific PMS color you need, please specify that to us when submitting your order so we can help you verify that the proper color mix is used (vector artwork only).

Customer supplied files are printed as they are received so we cannot guarantee color, clarity or final output as we are just printing the supplied files and have not set them up for printing.

All of our printers are calibrated daily to International Color Consortium (ICC) coloring profile standards to ensure accurate color production.
