Our wholesale roll labels are great for labeling many products in a short amount of time. They are also fantastic for bulk advertising. Roll labels are a quick and efficient labeling method for anything from toys to packaging. They are commonly used for labeling products, packaging, and more.
To get started on your wholesale printing of roll labels, start with your order by picking your label material, we offer an economy paper and a premium vinyl label material for you to choose from. Each material option comes available in either a gloss or matte finish. These adhesive materials can be applied to most smooth, non-porous surfaces, this includes vehicles, walls, signs, bicycles, windows and more.

File Tips
- Set up size proportionate to exact size product as your order.
- All decal files require a minimum of 1/16" bleed.
- Convert all text to outlines.
- Make sure no elements are selected for "Overprint"
- *We recommend choosing rich black (100-100-100-100) over CMYK (0-0-0-100). Rich black is true black — it has a less charcoal gray appearance *
- The cut line should be indicated with a vector path/line.
- * PSD file(s) layers should not be flattened or merged.
We print in four color CMYK or six color CMYKLcLm. Please keep this in mind when submitting files for printing as color tone shifting may happen if file is submitted in RGB format. If there is a specific PMS color you need, please specify that to us when submitting your order so we can help you verify that the proper color mix is used (vector artwork only).
Customer supplied files are printed as they are received so we cannot guarantee color, clarity or final output as we are just printing the supplied files and have not set them up for printing.
If you are concerned about the file output we will be happy to do a test print for a nominal fee prior to final order if requested.
All of our printers are calibrated daily to International Color Consortium (ICC) coloring profile standards to ensure accurate color production.

What material is used to make your custom wholesale roll labels?
We offer two material options for your custom wholesale roll labels.
Our adhesive paper material is available in either gloss or matte finish and is printed on a white paper facestock with a low tack adhesive on the back. This paper label adheres perfectly to smooth, non-porous surfaces like glass, plastic, and cardboard.
If you need a more durable and moisture resistant label, then we recommend our gloss or matte vinyl material. It is made from a 3.2 millimeter white vinyl that adheres perfectly to smooth, non-porous surfaces.
Do your roll labels have a glossy or matte finish?
Our custom wholesale labels come in both a gloss or matte finish.
Which roll label material is the most durable?
The vinyl roll label material is our most durable choice. This material is made from a 3.2 millimeter white vinyl material that comes with either a gloss or matte lamination to help protect your labels from moisture, UV, and scratches.
Are your roll labels waterproof?
Only our wholesale vinyl roll label material is water resistant. Make sure to order this material option for labeling wine, beer and other liquid containers.
Do you have a minimum quantity order for custom label printing?
The minimum wholesale printing quantity you can order is 100 labels. But ordering in bulk has an advantage because the more rolls you order the more you save on the cost per label.
Will you send me a proof before printing my roll labels?
Yes, we offer free artwork proofs for all of our wholesale printing orders. This will let you see how your personalized roll labels will look prior to us putting them into production. This will let you check for any typos or artwork errors, giving you more control over your order.
How small or large can my label size be?
We can print your custom sticker label as small as 2” x 2” or as big as 8” x 8”. This gives you the option to print a label big enough for custom mailing labels to be placed on packages and small enough to be used on the lid of mason jars.
If you are looking for a much larger decal material option, then try our hi-performance cast vinyl. It can be printed up to 58" x 120".
What surfaces can your roll labels be placed on?
Our roll labels can be placed on a variety of smooth non-porous surfaces including, glass, plastic, cardboard, aluminum, stainless steel, etc.
