Banner Soft Fabric

Fabric banners are printed on Banner Soft Fabric using a direct dye sublimation printing process. This means that the ink goes through the fabric, rather than sit on top of the fabric. This printing process creates an eye-popping print.

Our fabric material is temperature sensitive and due to the printing process, it can expand and contract due to heat or cold. Because of this, we cannot guarantee the exact size of any fabric product due to temperature fluctuations. We are not responsible for any product received that is too small or big for your purposes. If the size needs to be precise, such as if it is being installed into an existing frame or hardware, please express this to your CSR to discuss your specific application.

Fabric Banner Finishing Options

Fabric banners are US made and fire rated. They can be printed up to 58" wide. Anything larger than 58" in one direction will have seams.

Finishing Options:

  • Hot Knifed
  • Pole Pockets (additional cost)

Pole Pockets

By selecting pole pockets, there will be no increase in the finished size of your banner. Pole pockets can either be 2", 3" or 4". We don't recommend having any text or images within 3 inches of the edge of the banner when you select pole pockets.

Pole Pocket Size Options

2" pole pocket - fits a 3/4" diameter pole.

3" pole pocket - fits a 1 1/4" diameter pole.

4" pole pocket - fits a 1 1/2" diameter pole.

Shipping

Please specify which shipping method you would like when you place your order.

You will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped. 

We now offer economy shipping as an option. We have a selection of economical courier services that we use for domestic shipping. Using economy shipping can add an additional 5 - 10 days, depending on where the package is being shipped to. Economy Shipping

If choosing economy shipping please add in additional postal information such as P.O. Box in the "Address Two" field on the checkout page to help ensure delivery.

Using economy shipping can also add an additional 5 - 10 days, depending on where the package is being shipped to.

Artwork Specs / File Tips

  • Uploaded files must be under 100 MB. 
  • No bleeds are necessary
  • Set up your artwork proportionate to the exact banner size you are ordering
  • Keep text and important images at least 2" away from the edge
  • Convert all text to outlines
  • Make sure no elements are selected for “Overprint”
  • Using black ink:
    • *We recommend choosing rich black (100-100-100-100) over CMYK (0-0-0-100). Rich black is true black — it has a less charcoal gray appearance *

Files that print best are:

  • .eps
  • .pdf

**Please note if your artwork contains complex gradients, textures, patterns or you are creating it in a design software, please flatten your artwork to avoid any printing issues**

We can also print 300 dpi or higher resolution files:

  • .tif
  • .jpg
  • .png

We print in four color CMYK or six color CMYKLcLm. Please keep this in mind when submitting files for printing as color tone shifting may happen if file is submitted in RGB format. If there is a specific PMS color you need, please specify that to us when submitting your order so we can help you verify that the proper color mix is used (vector artwork only).

Customer supplied files are printed as they are received so we cannot guarantee color, clarity or final output as we are just printing the supplied files and have not set them up for printing.

All of our printers are calibrated daily to International Color Consortium (ICC) coloring profile standards to ensure accurate color production.

Q: What is the fabric material?
