About Replacement Material:
13 oz Vinyl
Our high quality 13 oz vinyl banner material is the standard material we use for banner stands. It is rated for both indoor and outdoor use.
14 oz No Curl Vinyl
Our 14 oz No Curl / Block Out material is a recommended upgrade if you are looking for a professional yet affordable look. This product produces high quality prints and has a smooth matte finish. Shadows created from tradeshow lights or windows will not be visible from the front side when using this material.
This product is finished with straight cut edges - no hemming is available.
Banner Soft Fabric
Our Banner Soft material is our fabric option for banner stands. The material offers a matte finish with vibrant print colors. The edges of the fabric will be cut with a hot knife to prevent fraying when rolled in and out of the retractor. We recommend you be very careful when retracting the banner as some fraying may still happen.
Vinyl Printing:
Vinyl replacements are digitally printed in full color. You can select one of our banner templates to customize in the online designer with our backgrounds, clip art, and text. You can also upload your own images.
Vinyl Sizes:
The exact sizes of banners cannot be guaranteed. Vinyl is a temperature-sensitive material, and some fluctuation can occur due to heat application in printing, finishing, and outside climate. Please note our acceptable size variance is up to 1/2 inch per linear foot (ex. A 5 ft banner could finish with a 2.5-inch variance). If your banner size needs to be precise, please ask your Customer Service Representative to discuss your specific application.

Artwork Specs / File Tips
- Uploaded files must be under 100 MB.
- No bleeds are necessary
- Set up your artwork proportionate to the exact banner size you are ordering
- Keep text and important images at least 2" away from the edge to prevent the hems or grommets from going through them
- Convert all text to outlines
- Make sure no elements are selected for "Overprint"
- *We recommend choosing rich black (100-100-100-100) over CMYK (0-0-0-100). Rich black is true black — it has a less charcoal gray appearance *
Files that print best are:
**Please note if your artwork contains complex gradients, textures, patterns or you are creating it in a design software, please flatten your artwork to avoid any printing issues**
We can also print 300 dpi or higher resolution files:
We print in four color CMYK or six color CMYKLcLm. Please keep this in mind when submitting files for printing as color tone shifting may happen if file is submitted in RGB format. If there is a specific PMS color you need, please specify that to us when submitting your order so we can help you verify that the proper color mix is used (vector artwork only).
Customer supplied files are printed as they are received so we cannot guarantee color, clarity or final output as we are just printing the supplied files and have not set them up for printing.
All of our printers are calibrated daily to International Color Consortium (ICC) coloring profile standards to ensure accurate color production.

Replacement Banners for Standard Retractors Production Time Tables
We provide flexible production time ranges for you to choose from. Because it's important for you to have ultimate control over your order, our production times range from one to five business days. This allows you to make the final decision on when you need your order.
Rush services may be available:

If you request an additional proof, a customer service representative will email you a proof of the order for confirmation. Payment Information
All vinyl banners must be paid for prior to being put into production. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. We also accept checks. Checks must be received before your order is put into production. If you have a purchase order, please contact a customer service representative for your options.
We will not charge your credit card until you have approved your proof for your order.
Please note that we do have a minimum order of $30.00.

This Product will be produced in our Minnesota or Las Vegas facilities, whichever is more beneficial to the customer's experience based on customer location and product specifications.

We now offer economy shipping as an option. We have a selection of economical courier services that we use for domestic shipping. Using economy shipping can add an additional 5 - 10 days, depending on where the package is being shipped to. Economy Shipping
If choosing economy shipping please add in additional postal information such as P.O. Box in the "Address Two" field on the checkout page to help ensure delivery.
Using economy shipping can also add an additional 5 - 10 days, depending on where the package is being shipped to.
Shipping prices are determined by the weight of the package and the destination. Additional shipping charges apply to large orders and oversized packages. Please note, due to UPS shipping restrictions, banners that exceed 8' in both directions will generally be folded for shipping (billboards, large backdrops etc.)
