Canvas Banner Material
Canvas banners have a unique texture. The material has the look, feel and texture of a classic painted canvas. The canvas material is 11 oz and has a semi gloss finish. Colors turn out bright and vibrant.
Canvas banners can be printed 4.5 feet by 10 feet without seams.

Hems and Grommets
Canvas Banners have sewn hems and grommets for added durability and for easy hanging. If you’re not sure what grommets are, think of them as brass eyelets, about the size of a nickel. They’re used when the banner is suspended from something (or somehow going to be hanging up) and hugely reduce the risk of the banner ripping and tearing.
Pole Pockets
By selecting pole pockets, there will be no increase in the finished size of your banner. Pole pockets can either be 2", 3", or 4". We don't recommend having any text or images within 3 inches of the edge of the banner when you select pole pockets.
Pole Pocket Size Options:
2" pole pocket - fits a 3/4" diameter pole.
3" pole pocket - fits a 1 1/4" diameter pole.
4" Pole Pockets - fits a pole 1 1/2" diameter pole.
Cut to Size
Canvas banners can also be cut to size with no additional finishing options.

Artwork Specs / File Tips
- Uploaded files must be under 100 MB.
- No bleeds are necessary
- Set up your artwork proportionate to the exact banner size you are ordering
- Keep text and important images at least 2" away from the edge
- Convert all text to outlines
- Make sure no elements are selected for “Overprint”
- Make sure all blacks are set to a rich black CMYK mix of (100-100-100-100)
Files that print best are:
**Please note if your artwork contains complex gradients, textures, patterns or you are creating it in a design software, please flatten your artwork to avoid any printing issues**
We print in four color CMYK or six color CMYKLcLm. Please keep this in mind when submitting files for printing as color tone shifting may happen if file is submitted in RGB format. If there is a specific PMS color you need, please specify that to us when submitting your order so we can help you verify that the proper color mix is used (vector artwork only).
Customer supplied files are printed as they are received so we cannot guarantee color, clarity or final output as we are just printing the supplied files and have not set them up for printing.
All of our printers are calibrated daily to International Color Consortium (ICC) coloring profile standards to ensure accurate color production.

All banners must be paid for prior to being put into production.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. Your order will not be put into production until your credit card is approved.
Checks
We also accept checks. We must receive your check before your order will be put into production.

Please specify which shipping method you would like when you place your order.
You will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped.
We now offer economy shipping as an option. We have a selection of economical courier services that we use for domestic shipping. Using economy shipping can add an additional 5 - 10 days, depending on where the package is being shipped to. Economy Shipping
If choosing economy shipping please add in additional postal information such as P.O. Box in the "Address Two" field on the checkout page to help ensure delivery.
